Trash Pickup & dumpsters
You can place your trash in closed, tied plastic bags in your carport area near or against the poles, for collection on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Please be sure to place your trash out prior to 10 AM. If you need to dispose of trash outside these times, you can place it directly in the dumpster. The code to enter the trash rooms is 243 (2 and 4 at the same time, then 3). Trash rooms are located at the blue circles on the map below.
The dumpsters are for household trash only. Please do not leave furniture, construction materials, unflattened boxes etc. in or around the dumpsters.
Laundry room
The laundry rooms can be found at the red circles on the map below. The code to enter is 0243.
Pool & Mailbox Keys
The seller of your unit should have provided you with a mailbox key and a pool key. If the seller did not provide one, you will need to have the mailbox rekeyed. Our maintenance team can rekey the lock for $50. The seller should also have provided you with their pool key, but if they did not, we can provide a replacement pool key for $25.
